The "Superman" Salad

Alright everyone! I'm finally releasing one of my health secrets to the world! Introducing the SUPERMAN SALAD!

A critical part to building your game and fitness level is what you eat. Over the years, I've found that this simple recipe has turned out to be a secret weapon!

Here's the recipe:

The Foundation (the majority of the salad is this):

- Baby Spinach

- Baby Kale

- Baby Arugula

The Accessories:

- Beets

- Carrots

- Mushrooms

- Tomatoes

- Black Olives

Other Stuff (cater it to your tastes):

- Bacon...not the healthiest thing in the world, but I just love it!

- Chicken breast or fish...added protein

- Croutons

- The salad dressing of your choice
